LPI served as on-site Owners representatives for the conversion of the Hyatt Regency Gainey Ranch. Completed January 2025
Privado Room Renovation
LPI was retained as Project Managers for the repositioning of the 119 Casitas into Privado at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Completed 2023
